As the school year starts, the volleyball season begins starting mid August, ending in November. On September 5th, 6:30 pm, the Lompoc High School volleyball team competed against their rivals Cabrillo High School on their home turf.
In volleyball, it can be hard to gain the confidence back once the other team starts scoring. For the varsity game, our volleyball team lost our sets 3-0. We are proud of their amazing, hard working team.
To win a game, in each set, you have to have more points than the opposing team. As you can see, Cabrillo had more points than Lompoc in all 3 sets so Cabrillo beat Lompoc 3-0.
