Did you attend homecoming? This year’s homecoming dance theme was bejeweled. Homecoming took place in the gym, decorated in colored lights, lots of balloons, streamers, and of course, glitter! Many people followed this theme by wearing sparkly dresses and flashy shoes. The DJ played great songs from many different genres! Some people had dates, others came with their friends. Either way, everyone had an amazing night, singing, dancing, and of course, taking pictures at the photo booths. Homecoming 2023 was a perfect night to fill with memories. 

About midway through the dance, the homecoming court was announced. Our 2023 homecoming king and queen are Enrique Velazquez and Honesty Stallworth. The rest of the court for queen candidates were Tatiana Mendez, Sophia Ortiz, Mary Resendez, and Jasmine Yang. Our king candidates were Tony Arango, Andrew Gaitan, Michael Manzo, and Johan Mendez Maravillas. The rest of the night was full of dancing and celebrating our king and queen.
