Wow… the last week of school already. I’m feeling a little nostalgic already, dear readers. But, here is your fun fact of the day!
The penny, or the “Lincoln Coin,” was first invented and pushed out in 1909.
Wow, remind me to look at all my pennies and see if I can find a 1909 one! That means it’s over a hundred years old and one of the first ones distributed. Wild.
